** WAITING TIME **
■ It’s take me maximum 1- 2 months to finish your commission. But usually, it will be finished as soon as possible. Please don’t rush me. I really love patient person.
■ I’ll state an approximate completion date, if you want it earlier than the completion date, there will be a rush fee for your priority.---------------------------------
** TERM AND CONDITIONS **1. The artist has the right to use/sell the finished commissions as part of my portfolio/art book. Commissioner still owns the copyright to the characters and will be mentioned as the owner of the character. The artworks will not be sold as prints.2. Do not claim, edit, copy, trace, reproduce my artworks. Credit must be given by writing Midori Nyanko.3. For personal used only. The commissioner may re-post and use the commissioned piece for banner, graphics, desktop, wallpaper, etc. But you must not make major edits to the artwork.4. For commercial usage and use for profit (ex. merchandise,game), please send me note/email to explain about your project and how it used for, so we can discuss about price, payment, deal and waiting time. Also you will get contract commitment for copy right and commercial right.5. If the commissioner request the commission to be private – i.e. that I can not upload to my gallery on DA and other website, please tell me before i start.
It is okay for you to upload it to personal album such as photo bucket or Facebook, but you must credit/mention me visibly in the title/description of the upload.6. The artist has the right to reject any commission I don't think I could work with it. Sorry :"<7. The commissioner will get twice revisions: once during the sketch and once during base color stage. Revision request no more than 25% my work in progress each times. So please check my progress update carefully and write down feedback list. Because additional revisions (more than 25% w.i.p) will be charged $10/time. I will keep working on it after you're confirm the revision.8. NO refunds unless there is an acceptable reason for it.
These are the fees the commissioners will pay once he cancels the commission
• If the commissioner cancels the commission when I have finished the color sketch. The commissioner will get 50% of his payment.
• If the commissioner cancels the commission when I have started coloring stage. The commissioner will get 20% of his payment.
• If I cancel the commission (because I don't think i'll be able to finish your commission) the commissioner will get a full refund.9. For personal commissioner, if you wanna purchase for commercial rights someday, the fee would be 200% of price you purchased. For example: you purchased $50 for personal commission but now you wanna print sticker and sell it, commercial rights fee would be $50. Also you will get contract commitment for copy right and commercial right.10. I draw in my own style. I cannot imitate other artist's style, so check my gallery to see the kind of art style you will receive.11. No resell with higher price. NO NFT.
